Service Description:

Provides support and helps connect with all necessary community support services needed * services include:
- help upgrade schooling, and find a job
- find a suitable home
- obtain services for children involved
- identify resources to meet financial needs
- offers information on legal rights and accompanies the individual if necessary
- provides counselling
- If needed, develop a safety plan for individuals and their children
- provides information and other useful services
