Service Description:
|
Provides counselling services to help improve communication with family and friends, stay involved in social activities and remain safe and independent at home * services include:
counsellors conduct home or virtual visits
education
demonstrate and recommend communication devices
facilitate hard of hearing support groups
teaches hearing help classes and workshops
in-service training to supportive housing, retirement homes and long-term care facilities
