433-bed long-term care home * residential care for private rooms and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access
to a physician and other care providers
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping

- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
