Service Description:

In-home or community supports to people with acquired brain injuries to provide community-based rehabilitation and promote independence in various areas of day to day functioning such as physical, cognitive, behavioral, social, activities of daily living
- offers educational, rehabilitation, support and leisure groups for people with acquired brain injuries
- provides support and leisure groups for people with acquired brain injuries offered in partnership with Seizure and Brain Injury Centre
