Ensures quality legal services and information in identified areas of law to low income people such as:
advise clients of their legal rights
represent qualifying clients in courts and administrative tribunals
discuss the situation with the client and give legal advice and/or make a referral
educate the community about the law through publications and presentations
promote law reform
