Service Description: Distributes sterile single-person, single-use equipment to people who have a substance use disorder  and provide safer drug use education to prevent or reduce the burden of blood-borne infections * facilitates referrals to appropriate programs and services available in the community * Naloxone kits are also distributed to clients or their support person to prevent drug overdoses from opioids
