Provides short term financial assistance to individuals and families to cover basic needs such as food and housing costs
- offers extended health benefits to eligible individuals
- assists individuals in financial need to increase their employability and assist them to obtain sustainable employment
- makes referrals to the Ontario Disability Support Program for those individuals that are not able to seek employment due to long term health issues
