Service Description:
|
Provides programs and services to children and youth with physical disabilities to help them achieve greater independence, accessibility and integration such as:
- financial assistance to help purchase essential mobility equipment, communication devices, bath and toileting aids
- summer camp to give kids opportunity to stay away from home and experience a wide range of fully accessible activities
- scholarships for young people with disabilities attending post secondary education
- parent resource information for parents of children with physical disabilities
- awareness and public education
- incontinence supplies grant program
- Top Up program
