Non-profit health centre focused on community health * works in interdisciplinary teams to improve the overall health of people and communities
Primary Care:
Physical Health - Triage and testing, diagnosis and creating a treatment plan, referral to specialists
Mental Health - Short to medium-term counselling for people, family and couples
Nutrition - One-on-one or group sessions to promote healthy nutrition and educate on the prevention of illnesses
