Service Description:
|
Adult day program * social and recreational activities in a supervised caring and secure environment for people who may have physical or memory challenges- hot meal and snacks
- respite for family members caring for a person who cannot be left alone safely in the home
- assists with activities of daily living
- transportation provided at a cost, if no other means is available
|

$20 a day with meal * $10 half day no meal
