Services de santé de Chapleau Health Services (SSCHS) is an accredited integrated healthcare provider, in the rural township of Chapleau located in Northern Ontario. The organization is comprised of a 13 bed acute care General Hospital; a Nursing Station; a variety of Community Services, including adult mental health and addictions; a 23 unit apartment complex for seniors; and a 25 bed long-term care facility with 2 respite beds, 4 chronic care beds and 19 long-term care beds. Chapleau has a population of approximately 1,964 (2016 census) and is nestled in the heart of the Canadian Shield with access to provincial parks and year-round recreational activities. Position:  Temporary Full Time Medical Radiation Technologist/Diagnostic Medical Sonographe

Region:  Manitoulin/Sudbury

The Medical Radiation Technologist/Diagnostic Medical Sonographer co-ordinates, performs and documents all activities involved in Radiography and Ultrasound Examinations.

- Radiography diploma from a Medical Radiation Technology program
- Diagnostic Medical Sonography diploma from an accredited program
- Must be Sonography Canada Credentialed and/or registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
- Must be registered with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO)
- Bilingual in French and English is required
- Computer literacy (Meditech and Impax programs) an asset

French Proficiency:  French required

Salary:  ONA Allied

Terms of Employment:  Temporary Full-Time
