Service Description: Helps survivors and their families deal with the effects of acquired brain injury (ABI) by providing support, advocacy, education and awareness * offers the following programs:

Peer/Mentor Support Program: Designed to help survivors and caregivers of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) * sign up to be a mentor or be matched as a partner with a mentor who has already navigated the system and experienced the effects of ABI

Survivor Support Group: Held the third Thu of the month from 6pm-8pm * meetings take place at Romes Independent Grocer upstairs in the Community Room * all survivors welcomed no matter date of injury

Fees: Free
Application: Call * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: People that have acquired brain injury and have completed therapy and are ready to continue on with their lives * this is a support agency rather than a rehabilitation agency
