Service Description: 73-bed long-term care home * residential care for 24 semi-private rooms, and 48 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * one short-stay care bed * one interim bed
  • bedding and furniture
  • laundry and housekeeping
  • meals
  • personal hygiene supplies
  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation and social programs

Additional services and facilities:
  • foot care
  • care conferences
  • hair dressing/barber
  • dental care
  • physiotherapy
  • palliative care
  • pastoral care
  • spiritual programs

Short-Stay Respite  (Public) - 1 short-stay beds (respite care for people who have caregivers in need of temporary relief) * publicly funded * offered up to 90 days per year, as available * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents

Short Stay Interim  - 1 interim beds (residential care for hospital patients waiting for long-stay admission) * publicly funded * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents

Fees: Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants
