Service Description: Provides patient transfer service for hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and nursing/retirement homes * services offered but not limited to:
  • wheelchair medical transportation services: offers day transports for group for shopping and cultural activities
  • 24 hour transfers between hospitals and receiving facilities, or to residences for discharged patients
  • booked appointments from hospital wards for specialists or referring agencies
  • dialysis patient transfers from residences and nursing homes that are pre-booked weekly
  • transportation to seniors residing in their homes to appointments
  • stretcher transportation for bariatric patients
  • long distance patient transfers throughout Ontario and Quebec for visiting patients (tourists, visiting family members) that require stretcher transportation
  • 24 hour emergency assistance to individuals in the event of a major event (natural disasters, floods, fires, nursing home and relocations
