Service Description: Health centre focused on family and community health * health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses * referrals to other local health services and personal development groups

Community Health Centre has inter-professional team providing a full range of primary care services to address the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the client * services offered at main Centre and in rural access * the Community Health promotion programs are developed in response to community needs, and designed to improve the overall health of the people and the community
