Service Description:
|
Assist individuals with disabilities in attaining and maintaining their independent living goals with different programs such as
- identifying and responding to unmet needs of individuals by working with government, businesses and community agencies
- providing information about services, programs, product support and issues
- helping to facilitate referrals to community programs and agencies
|

RISE AGM: 3rd Thu in June every year
