Service Description:

Provides homecare oxygen therapy, sleep therapies, and respiratory services * offers the following services:
Home oxygen program: Provides education, clinical assessments, therapy initiation, medication review and follow-ups for individuals requiring oxygen therapy
Sleep apnea program: Offers Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices by sleep and CPAP specialists * includes comprehensive education, personalized care plans, expected clinical outcomes and a review of treatment results
- provides delivery, service and maintenance on equipment
- Assistive Devices Program (ADP) registered vendor

Ventilator and home oxygen: Physician referral required * CPAP: must be referred by a physician to a sleep specialist
