Service Description:

Apartments with 24 hours available trained support staff to assist with personal care needs, homemaking and other activities associated with apartment living
Services are pre-scheduled with staff on site for unscheduled visits for essential services * service maximums are up to 6 hours per day, based on a needs evaluation

Adults 18 years and older with permanent physical disabilities * able to direct their own care * able to live safely unattended between visits
