Service Description:

Teaches patients and families about their disease and how to cope with its physical and psychological symptoms * programs are available to help patients stop smoking, lower high blood pressure, cholesterol, and reduce emotional stress
Cardiac rehabilitation program

Pulmonary rehabilitaion
- education for clients and their families about lung disease
- assist clients in learning to cope with the physical, personal and family concerns due to chronic respiratory disease
Community asthma clinic
- offers one-on-one assessments and treatment
- provided education by certified asthma educators
