Service Description: Provides programs and services to children and youth with physical disabilities to help them achieve greater independence, accessibility and integration such as:

  • funding to help purchase essential mobility and accessibility equipment
  • fully accessible summer camp opportunities that enable kids to participate in a wide range of activities
  • special education programs, services and funding
  • parent resource information for parents of children with physical disabilities
  • advocacy, awareness and public education
  • incontinence supplies grant program
  • Incontinence Supplies Grant Program (IG): funded by the Ministry of Health and administered by Easter Seals Ontario
  • top up rrogram: funded by the Ministry of Children, Community & Social Services and administered by Easter Seals Ontario

"About Us"
Founded in 1922, Easter Seals Ontario is a registered Canadian charity that provides programs and services to children and youth with physical disabilities in Sault St. Marie and throughout the province. Programs include funding for mobility equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers and ramps, fully accessible summer camp, special education and other information resources for parents.
