Residential services:

- prioritize problems and set goals for resolving the crisis utilizing other services and agencies within the community

Non-residential services:
- 24 hour crisis telephone lines
- provide confidential listening and referral service
- emergency supplies of food and personal supplies
- identification clinic, 2 days per week
