Service Description:

Providing individuals with an intellectual disability to live as independently as possible with these services:
- provides support to individuals to live semi-independently within the community
- connect individuals with support within community
- assists with issues related but not limited to financial, health and nutrition, housing and medical
- offers transportation as necessary
