Service Description: Services provided: Supported Independent Living
Supports people to live independently in their own homes * assists in developing skills in the areas of self-care, household management,
budgeting and accessing community resources

The Skills Centre
Designed to assist individuals with various abilities to lead fulfilling lives * offers fun and meaningful experiences centered around five pillars of the curriculum: home skills, community inclusion, independent living, vocational skills, and advocacy

Social Club
Offers a variety of enjoyable activities, including crafting and singing, community outings and special guests

Community Participation Supports
Helps individuals to enable community and neighborhood connections, building meaningful relationships, and find ways to develop personal interests and skills * provide and support opportunities to develop skills that utilize the community infrastructure, such as transportation services, shopping, libraries, recreation

Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 18 years of age and older with a developmental disability and must also have support staff if cannot function independently
