Service Description:	Two beds are designated for mental health and addiction clients who are at risk of incarceration or have other legal problems. This is a pre-charge diversion service, and only non-violent offences are considered.
Application:	Referrals from EMS, police services, crisis services, or Emergency Room/hospital. No self-referrals.
