Service Description:
|
Provides 7 bed shelter for men to stay overnight * offers the following programs:
Life Skills Programs: aids men by further educating them in subject matter that will help them either spiritually, emotionally or physically such as:
bible studies
personal finance
music lessons
cooking
computer skills
typing skills
resume and cover letter writing
word, excel, and powerpoint skills
art lessons
Clothing Bank: offers good, warm, clean clothing

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Men 16 years and older
Are homeless, or about to become homeless
are not under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
must complete an in-person screening interview prior to acceptance into the shelter
must demonstrate a desire to actively work towards permanently getting off the streets
