Service Description:

CAST Clinical Services is a private organization that aims at providing prompt drug and alcohol tests, assessments, referral services and programming.
Return to work assessments can be completed. Counselling is available for a range of issues. All services (other than tests) are available in person, by OTN or telephone and can often be subsidized.

Yes, Clients may be required to pay for service depending on program involvement.
