Service Description:

We offer individual assessment and treatment, family support, referral to community organizations, and full participation in a treatment plan.
Consultation services to other health care providers is provided.

Individuals may access this program through self-referral or through referral from community organizations, family physicians, midwives or other mental health professionals.
All referrals go through central intake.
