Service Description:

Works with the family and other caregivers to incorporate exercise and activity into the child’s daily routine at home, school, daycare and in the community * services include:
direct individual or group therapy
home programs for use by parents, caregivers, day care staff
education and support
pooltherapy
prescription of equipment such as mobility aids, walkers, crutches and standers
assessment and consultation services for children in licensed childcare and schools
mobility
range of motion (ROM)
balance exercises
conditioning
orthopedic rehabilitation stroke burns falls splinting gait training pain management rehabilitation
Assisted Devices Program (ADP) authorizer for mobility and assistive communication equipment
