Offers a variety of workshops to assist in areas such as back pain, pelvic health, weight management, stress, balance and fall prevention
- chair yoga, helps to ease stiffness and soreness
- stand up fall prevention to keep seniors independent
- urban pole walking for joint replacement rehab, breast cancer survivors, lymphadema and weight management
- meditation and stress management for strong mental health
- mat based and gentle yoga for seniors to help with bone health ease pain and discomfort and increase quality of life with strong balance and stability
- weight management as disease prevention and increase quality of life
