Service Description:
|
The Community Treatment Order Program (CTO) offers coordination services for the Cochrane District and James and Hudson Bay Coasts.
The CTO coordinator provides consultation with the CTO issuing process, assists in the development of the treatment plan, accesses community services and facilitates rights advice. The CTO Coordinator provides education to hospitals, community agencies, families, clients and the community regarding CTO.

Application:

Referrals to the Community Treatment Order Program are accepted from services providers. The Mental Health Act lists specific criteria that need to be met to issue or renew a CTO.
