Service Description:
|
Individuals who have completed a residential treatment program and experience difficulties may be admitted in residence to prevent a relapse.
During that stay, individual counselling sessions will allow the person to identify the causes of his/her problems and create an action plan. Individuals will participate in the same structured treatment program offered to all participants.

Individuals who have completed a residential program and need additional support to stay abstinent.
