Service Description: Exercise classes for older adults and people with mobility issues focusing on improving functional performance through strength and balance to prevent frailty, injury and falls * no cost to participate, resistance bands, balls and any other equipment is provided for all participants

Application: Call * no referral required * waiver and consent can be signed at first class
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 65 years and older * people with mobility issues
