Wellness Sessions:
Depression Education, Coping with Stress, Staying Active, Worry Worry Worry, Anxiety Education, Thinking Traps, Relaxation and Better Sleep
Mindfulness Based Group Practice:
eight week sessions offered three to four times per year
sessions are one and a half hours in length and can accommodate six to eight participants
