Care and support to children and youth with Cystic Fibrosis (CF), and their families * multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, dietitians, genetics counsellors, pulmonary function technicians and pharmacists
Outreach clinic provided in Sault Ste Marie with health care professionals from LHSC traveling to the clinic three times a year
