Provides rehabilitation services to in-patient and post surgical patients * offers assessment, treatment and care of patients with musculoskeletal, systemic, and neurological problems * services include:
mobility
range of motion (ROM)
balance exercises
conditioning
pain management
gait training
vertigo treatment
orthopedic rehabilitation
provides consultation or ongoing treatment
will help with filling out forms
Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorizer for mobility and compression garment
May have a waitlist of 3 weeks
