Service Description:

Community physiotherapy clinic * physical therapists perform detailed musculoskeletal assessments and determine appropriate treatment for a variety of conditions, including orthopaedic (muscle, bone joint), neurological (stroke, MS), geriatric, and cardiorespiratory
Services include:
- post surgical rehabilitation
- sports injury rehabilitation
- acupuncture
- vestibular rehabilitation (Vertigo)
- assistive device assessments
- custom exercise programs
- pelvic therapy for urinary incontinence, dyspareunia (pain during sexual intercourse) and pelvic pain
- worker's compensation and motor vehicle accident patients with comprehensive, exercise-based physiotherapy program
- concussion rehabilitation

Set fee * physiotherapy services may be covered by OHIP or third-party insurance, if eligible

No referral required for private pay services * medical referral required for OHIP coverage * medical referral may be required for third-party insurance

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People who require physiotherapy services * OHIP coverage for those 19 years and under, 65 years and older, ODSP or Ontario Works recipients, and people hospitalized for at least one night due to an injury
