Hot meals delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and a security check to eligible people * delivers one hot meal daily which consists of soup, main plate and dessert
Home Meal Replacement Program - Frozen meals delivered bi-weekly * prepares meals according to persons' diet-requirements such as diabetic, renal, puree, low sodium, low fat, lactose free, gluten free and vegetarian diet
