Service Description:

Offers short-term overnight respite on weekends only in a safe, accessible, home-like environment * provide non-medical personal support, including:

assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
meal and routine support
mobility support within the home
medication assistance (reminders and support only, not administration)
overnight supervision in a shared home setting

Eligibility / Target Population:

Adults and youth 16 years and older * live with a physical disability and/or mild cognitive impairment * require short-term overnight support * can be safely supported in a non-medical environment
