Service Description:
|
Resource centre for individuals and families with Huntington disease * services provided in individuals homes or location of choice * services include the following:
- education on Huntington disease
- support for individuals and their families
- short term counselling
- advocacy
- referrals to community services
- monthly support group for individuals and caregivers
- provides education on Huntington disease to service providers working with individual with Huntington disease
- support through the Northern HD Clinic
Meetings available through the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)and Microsoft Teams
