Service Description: Resource centre for individuals with Huntington disease * Services provided in individuals homes or location of choice * Services include the following :

  • Education on Huntington disease
  • Support for individuals and their families
  • Short term counselling
  • Advocacy
  • Referrals to community services
  • Monthly support group for individuals and caregivers
  • Provides education on Huntington disease to service providers working with individual with Huntington disease
